URL Audio Player
URL Audio Player — Stream Audio, Podcasts & Playlists
PlainRaw's audio player streams any audio you can link to: a single file URL, a podcast feed, or a plain-text playlist. Paste the link, hit play — that's it. No app, no account, no tracking pixels.
What it supports
- Direct audio file URLs: MP3, AAC, OGG, FLAC, WAV, and other formats your browser can decode natively.
- Podcast feeds: point it at an RSS or Atom feed and the player lists every episode in chronological order.
- Plain-text playlists: paste a URL to a text file with one audio link per line and the player queues them up automatically.
Why this exists
Sometimes you just want to play a single MP3 a friend linked you, or skim a podcast episode without subscribing in another app. Native browser <audio> elements work but are awkward for queues and feeds; full podcast apps want logins and analytics. This page sits in the middle: a fast, no-frills web player that respects the URL as the source of truth.
If you're sharing audio with collaborators, you can pair it with a Markdown snippet or a diff to give context around the recording.
